Please be advised that following gallops taking place at the Vaal Racecourse, after heavy rain this morning so far, along with the forecast of continuous rain and lightning throughout the day, a panel was formed consisting of Jockeys, Stipendiary Stewards, NHRA vets, Phumelela track management, and Trainers. The unanimous decision has been taken to abandon today’s race meeting due to inconsistent track conditions.
