An unprecedented software glitch generated an incorrect payout for Jackpot Quickmix 2 on 11 November.

Corrective action has been taken to prevent a recurrence.

The payout should have been R3,694. Accountholder balances will be automatically adjusted, while affected retail customers are requested to lodge a claim at the outlet.

TAB apologises to customers for any inconvenience arising from the glitch.
